Lionel

Originally from Winnipeg, Lionel has been the owner/manager of North Star Trophies from its opening in 1983 to the present day. In that time, Lionel has been part of the evolution of the trophy industry from traditional hand engraving to the latest in laser engraving and sublimation. Throughout the years the Lionel’s approach to customer service has always remained the same, done right and on time.

Jody

The Man, the Mystery, the Legend in the Engraving Division! Jody is the one guy who will engrave almost anything. He has been in the industry for over 15 years. He started out building trophies and is now the laser engraving expert at North Star from simple lasering to one of a kind complex items. Jody also knows the world of sublimation and can customize nametags, mugs and key chains to name just a few items. He also keeps up to date on the ins and outs of the trophy building and engraving world.

James

James has been the artist at North Star for the past two years. He is a creative designer who can take your vision and create custom art for your business or organization. James is very modest and describes himself as a guy who does art and enjoys sandwiches. 

Elaine

Elaine has spent 42 years in the embroidery industry.  Starting with Crest Craft as a single needle embroidery specialist, Elaine has changed her skills with the industry through the years.  She now runs our state of the art embroidery machine so North Star can do all embroidery in house.  We are very fortunate to have Elaine as our embroidery professional.
